Kevin founded Interaction Dynamics Group based on 30 years of experience in management, leadership, education, and training for businesses. He purchased The Lytle Group and Lytle Testing Services to form a broader offering for clients and grow each firm. Kevin’s background includes both middle and senior-level leadership roles along with training, coaching, group facilitation, and speaking experience with groups of all sizes. His strength lies in listening, synthesizing information, and helping individuals use the best from within themselves to deliver outstanding results.
Kevin has held senior leadership positions in two international professional service firms, a rapidly expanding family-owned manufacturing company, and a family-owned software firm. He has taught Management, Leadership and Organization Development courses for The Pennsylvania State University and St. Francis University.
Alan Anderson, MA
Managing Partner and Strategic HR Services Practice Leader
Alan has specialized in Human Resources Management for over 35 years and has demonstrated particular expertise in the areas of compensation analysis and design, training and organization development, proactive employee relations, and employee involvement.
Alan’s assignments have included plant, division, and corporate human resources management responsibilities with a major national homebuilder, a national window and door manufacturer, a leading manufacturer and distributor of children’s toys, and a highly successful family-owned transportation business. Alan has worked with The Lytle Group, an Interaction Dynamics Group Company, since 1997. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member with Saint Francis University where he taught a course in Leadership in the Graduate Program for Human Resource Management.
Director of Operations & Client Relations
Kara has a strong experience set in operational management and customer engagement. She has held roles in college admissions recruiting, bank branch management, and entrepreneurial marketing, prior to joining Interaction Dynamics Group. Her strength lies in gathering information quickly and facilitating activities with a sense of urgency.
In her role as Director of Operations and Client Relations, Kara handles all aspects of client projects including connections between our team and your team. She assures that all interactions with our coaches and clients function smoothly. She is a key link in making all aspects of Interaction Dynamics Group, and our client engagements, work at a high level.
