Introduction to Management
For new, emerging and aspiring leaders, this is a self-directed learning program that new managers will complete during their first 6 – 9 months as a manager.
Foundations of Management
An ongoing series of programs of in-person or virtual, facilitator led training sessions for entry level managers and supervisors delivered in a 2-hour to half-day format including a participant guide and PPt presentation. These sessions can be offered on a rotating basis and supported by your internal HR Business Partners to meet specific needs in their areas of responsibility.
Fundamentals of Management
An ongoing series of programs linked to the mid to higher levels of management expectations. These are in-person or virtual, facilitator led training sessions in the 2-hour to half-day format including a participant guide and PPt presentation. These sessions can be offered on a rotating basis by the and supported by your HR Business Partners to meet specific needs in their areas of responsibility.
Fundamentals of Leadership
An ongoing series of programs important to helping managers take their leadership to the next level. These sessions will serve as an extension of introductory leadership concepts covered in the Management series. As such, these start with Half-day sessions that introduce concepts being covered more in-depth in the Accelerated Leadership program. This is bridge content to help mid-level leaders be prepared to for more advanced leadership content.
Accelerated Leadership Development
This is a time-phased program to be delivered to cohorts of high potential leaders who are being tapped to step up to higher levels of organization leadership. To accommodate both domestic and international participants in these cohorts, this will be a 3-day per quarter program that blends leadership content, leadership team member presentations and conversations, priority application projects, and company application projects. The goal of this program is to extend the leadership topics covered in Leadership Fundamentals to a deeper level and add content for Senior-level Leadership expectations. The context of this program will be organization leadership, thinking, and application not simply departmental level thinking and application.
